Search Tips
The KingCode service helps you find information about specific programming languages. It is really simple. Just select the language that you'd like to research (dropdown box) then tell KingCode what you're looking for by typing in keywords or questions in the search box.

Here's a sample search box:

How To Search - Step By Step

1. Choose the language that you wish to research.
2. Type your keyword(s) in the search box.
3. Press the Search button, and that's it!

Forming Your Query

The first way to try a search is by using natural language. For example: How do I loop through an array of values?

The second way to try a search is by just entering the words that you wish to find. If you enter the search term: array variables, both the words array and variables must be present in order for a search result to be shown.

Using Wildcards

By using wildcards you can enter a partial search term and KingCode will find all of the terms that begin with that search term. For example, if you enter the search term: pro*, the asterisk acts as the wildcard, and this instructs KingCode to find any result that begins with pro.  This would match words such as program, protest, and even proforma.

Wildcards are useful if you are not certain of the complete spelling of a word/term.
